    Guests of Remède Spa must be above 18 years of age to enter and use any of the spa facilities.
  • Appointments Required?

    Advance reservation made with credit card information is recommended to secure treatment at your preferred slot. Late arrival may also result in the shortening of your treatment where full rates apply. We recommend that you arrive at Remède Spa 30 minutes prior to your appointment to check in.
  • Cancellation Policy?

    Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy where full rates may apply for cancellation made less than the notice period.

    All prices are subject to prevailing government taxes (for products and services) and 10% service charge (services only). Remède Spa accepts major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners, JCB), cash (Singapore Dollars only) and charges direct to hotel room.
  • Exchange & Refunds?

    We allow exchange and refund on services that are prepaid and not utilized within five (5) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) of purchase with a valid original receipt. Any exchange and refund will be processed and completed within 14 days from date of purchase.
  • Product Exchange & Refunds?

    Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be exchanged within five (5) days of purchase with original receipts. Products are not exchangeable for cash. Discounted and/or promotional items are not exchangeable.
